Dr. Brandon Byrd

Dr. Byrd is a 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. He began working at Moyers Veterinary Hospital in 2010 and purchased the practice in 2016. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and works hard to make sure that all his patients receive the best care possible. Dr. Byrd and his wife Chanda have a daughter, Braylee, and 4 dogs. They also own a small beef cattle farm around their home in western Greene County. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Byrd enjoys time working on the farm.


Dr. Tracie Neas

Dr. Neas graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She began working at Moyers Veterinary Hospital in February 2016. Dr. Neas excels in all areas of veterinary medicine but especially enjoys nutrition, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Neas and her husband Tyler have 2 daughters and a son and live in Greene County with their 2 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family.


Dr. Hillary Hancock

Dr. Hancock graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She attended Maryville College, a small liberal arts college, where she furthered her interest in animals by riding on the equestrian team. After graduating, Dr. Hancock completed an internship in equine medicine and then began practicing as a mixed animal veterinarian in East Tennessee. Dr. Hancock’s interests include small animal internal medicine, ophthalmology, and equine medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Hancock loves riding horses with her husband Kyle and running and hiking with her dogs Piper and Bruce.
